Quality of Life’s Platinum Hgh and Platinum Test are manufactured in the U.S under quality controlled labs and packaged with regards to the highest safety and freshness standards including anti-tampering consumer protections in our bottling facilities. All orders are carefully packaged in heavy cardboard packages and shipped from our shipping center in the midwest.
Generally, we prefer the services of UPS for domestic delivery - unless another carrier is requested. UPS requires a street address and cannot be shipped to United States post office boxes - however, most private mail box companies accept UPS deliveries. If you require United States post office box delivery, please indicate that upon your order and we will ship your product via the USPS Priority Mail service. All international orders will be shipped via United State Postal Service Airmail.
Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail a confirmation indicating your order details. Shipping charges may be adjusted to reflect actual costs or to fulfill any special requests you make on the order, such as Saturday delivery.
Upon shipment, usually within 24-48 hours on business days, you will receive a UPS tracking number via e-mail. You can track your package directly from the UPS web site, or forward our e-mail confirmation to UPS at totaltrack@ups.com and they'll send you a tracking summary in a reply message.
